Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dola AI Video, an online service that generates videos and images with AI models. It is operated by an individual. By creating an account or using Dola AI Video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You sign in with your email address or a supported third-party account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and payments

Generating videos and images consumes credits. The number of credits is shown on the Generate button before you start. You can get credits through a subscription, which adds credits every billing period, or by purchasing credit packs. Credits do not expire. We do not offer free credits or free trials. Prices are shown on the pricing section of the home page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

If a generation fails, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in the prompts, images, videos and audio you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. To create your result, your content is sent to our AI model provider for processing.

You may use the videos and images you generate, including for commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to the terms of the AI model providers behind the service. AI output can be similar for similar prompts, so we cannot promise that a result is unique, and we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

Your generated videos and images are stored in My Creations until you ask us to delete them or your account is closed. Reference files you upload are deleted after 30 days. We recommend keeping your own copy of anything important.

Acceptable use

Do not use Dola AI Video to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, defamatory, or that impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, attempt to bypass content filters, disrupt the service, or access it without permission. We may block requests and suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund of credits already used.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Dola AI Video available, but the service depends on third-party AI providers and may be delayed, limited or interrupted. We may add, change or remove models and features, and may change how many credits a generation costs.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continuing to use Dola AI Video after a change means you accept the new terms.
