This Privacy Policy explains what information Dola AI Video collects and how we use it. Dola AI Video is operated by an individual.

Information we collect

Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We also record your credit balance and purchase history. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Your prompts and uploads

When you generate a video, we store your prompt, settings, and any images, videos, or audio you upload, and send them to our AI model provider to create the result. Uploaded reference files are deleted after 30 days. Generated videos and images are stored in your account until you ask us to delete them. We keep a record of your prompts and settings to operate and improve the service.

How you found us

When you first visit, we set a cookie that records how you arrived: the referring website, the page you landed on, and any campaign parameters in the link. When you sign up, we save this together with your approximate location (country and city), device type, browser, and language. We use it to understand which channels bring us users. We do not store your IP address.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; visits are only counted in aggregate.

How we use it

To sign you in, provide the service, process payments, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the service, store files, and send email, Stripe to process payments, and kie.ai to run the AI models that generate your videos. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us from the email address you use to sign in. We will reply within 30 days. Deleting your data closes your account, and any unused credits are lost.

Data retention

Reference files you upload are deleted after 30 days. Generated videos and images are stored until you ask us to delete them or your account is closed. We keep your account, credit history and generation records (prompts and settings) for as long as your account exists, and payment records for as long as the law requires. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

Children

Dola AI Video is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
