Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Dola AI Video. Generating videos and images costs us real money, so credits that have been used cannot be refunded.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. You only pay for results that are generated.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, and credits already added for that period stay in your account.

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are added to your account immediately and do not expire. If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. Once any credits from the pack have been used, the pack is not refundable.

Charged in error

If you were charged twice or by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will correct it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and the credits granted for a refunded payment are removed from your account.

How to ask

Email us from the address you use to sign in, and tell us which payment you mean. We aim to reply within 3 business days.
