This Privacy Policy explains what information DolaAI.Video collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. We also record your credit balance and purchase history. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Your prompts and uploads

When you generate a video, we store your prompt, settings, and any images, videos, or audio you upload, and send them to our AI model provider to create the result. Uploaded files and generated videos are deleted after 7 days. We keep a record of your prompts and settings to operate and improve the service.

How you found us

When you first visit, we set a cookie that records how you arrived: the referring website, the page you landed on, and any campaign parameters in the link. When you sign up, we save this together with your approximate location (country and city), device type, browser, and language. We use it to understand which channels bring us users. We do not store your IP address.

How we use it

To sign you in, provide the service, process payments, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the service, store files, and send email, Stripe to process payments, and kie.ai to run the AI models that generate your videos. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
